Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and retain the company's portfolio, identifying refinance opportunities
• Originate FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans to meet diverse borrower needs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain relationships with existing clients

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Active NMLS license required; multi-state licensing preferred
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience required
• Knowledge of various home loan types including conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA loans
• Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system preferred
