Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering to lead a team of Solutions Engineers and drive pre-sales technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Solutions Engineering team to enhance technical and sales skills
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs and tailor product solutions
• Design and customize solutions while providing technical expertise and improving pre-sales processes

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Strong understanding of architecture and integrations, with a proven track record in building customer-focused solutions
• Experience working closely with sales teams on complex deals
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities to motivate a technical team
