Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of major platform milestones from design to production-ready code
• Set standards for frontend development using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of full-stack engineering experience with significant leadership in product-driven teams
• Deep expertise in modern frontend development and strong grasp of backend technologies
• Experience with cloud-native deployment and related technologies
• Proven track record of leading initiatives focused on user experience and performance
• Able to communicate complex technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
