- Own the process to retain and upsell clients across all Mid-Market
- Manage a team of Strategic Account Executives across business segments
- Collaborate with Account Management to ensure excellent client experiences
Required Qualifications
- Deep health plan design and benefits knowledge
- At least ten years of experience in account management or sales in employee benefits
- Proven results in achieving Net Revenue Retention and upsell targets
- Strong focus on commercial and managerial outcomes
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment
