Key Responsibilities

• Drive the conversion of inbound inquiries into sales opportunities for fertility preservation and cryogenic services
• Manage client accounts, focusing on billing and providing comprehensive support for existing clients
• Handle escalated client interactions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in a healthcare environment
• 3+ years of cryogenic account management experience (highly preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in the fertility field (highly preferred)
• Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Expertise in CRM software and billing systems, with strong Microsoft Excel skills
