Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales execution for the Calix Portfolio, including Intelligent Access Edge and Cloud Applications
- Meet and exceed established sales goals while developing and executing sales strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline, provide revenue forecasts, and support the development of product and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- In-depth understanding of cloud-enabled business solutions and telecommunications network technologies
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and territory management
- 15+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office applications
