Director of UX Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of UX & Product Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the core funnel experience, including landing pages and checkout flows
• Create a lightweight design system and establish best practices for UX and visual consistency
• Rapidly design and ship new landing page and funnel variants while applying A/B testing frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• 6-10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, eCommerce funnels, and conversion rate optimization
• Proven track record in designing and testing high-converting landing pages and digital funnels
• Strong understanding of direct-response design psychology and user flows
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and lightweight design systems
• Experience building and leading small, high-impact design teams is a plus
