A company is looking for a Dispute Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis, research, and resolution of disputed bankcard transactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established procedures
- Investigate disputes by collaborating with customers and documenting findings according to Regulation E
Required Qualifications
- Broadband internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Windows 11 operating system
- Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen equivalent processor
- At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB available HDD space
- USB headset with microphone for Microsoft Teams meetings
