Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Lead with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Conduct reviews with active clients and complete caregiver employment verification forms
- Perform Start-of-Care calls and review data for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar position preferred
- Proven exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in computer and phone usage
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is desired
- Ability to adapt to evolving departmental changes
