Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing automation, preferably in direct-to-consumer retail
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, or Mailchimp
• Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email customization is ideal
