Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Marketing Consultant to develop and execute marketing strategies for the Employee Benefits B2B Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B marketing strategies for Employee Benefits and Stop Loss segments to drive sales growth and client retention
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies to ensure they achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into marketing strategy plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in group insurance and Stop Loss
- Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies and creative briefs
- In-depth knowledge of the group insurance industry and experience across various media
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and work in a cross-functional role within a large organization
