Employment Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Litigation Managing Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing lawsuits, arbitrations, and other legal disputes, including overseeing outside counsel
• Interviewing and retaining law firms/outside counsel, while managing budgets
• Serving as a strategic legal partner, providing advice on risk mitigation and compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Significant experience in employment litigation and arbitration
• Experience managing outside counsel and litigation budgets
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
