Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of development experience, particularly in backend systems
• 3+ years of leadership or managerial experience in engineering
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented programming languages
• Experience in architecting and scaling applications with a focus on performance and maintainability
