Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and lead strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to enhance business value
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems
• Review project direction and ensure solutions are maintainable and extendable

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with Salesforce Application Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce CTI, Metadata framework, and integration frameworks (SOAP/REST)
• Proficiency in LWC & Aura, VS Code, and Jenkins
• Experience with App Exchange products and Service Max
