Key Responsibilities
- Develop solutions for customer processes and configure the myQ Enterprise software accordingly
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout the implementation process
- Efficiently manage and oversee assigned project tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role and/or project management role
- Experience with software implementations in the Supply Chain
- Proven track record of successful project implementations
- High sense of urgency and strong sense of Customer Advocacy
