Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Application Coordinator - Resolute Hospital Billing Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary support and coordination for assigned Epic applications, managing issues and developing best practice workflows
• Consult with various stakeholders to support decisions, workflows, and new initiatives while analyzing data for project support
• Lead application integration decisions and assist in the design and documentation for clinical and business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in performance/business process improvement and IT system building
• Familiarity with clinical software and information systems
• Ability to analyze workflows and perform in-depth analysis related to Epic software
• Experience in managing projects and collaborating across technical and business teams
