Job Summary
A company is looking for an ERP Support Analyst - Dynamics NAV.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead support and improvement efforts for the Dynamics NAV ERP system during the upgrade to Business Central
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into system specifications
- Provide second-level support for users and enhance reporting using Power BI
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central
- Knowledge of WMS and EDI add-ons
- Ability to analyze business models and workflows
- Experience in planning testing and training users on new software
- Proven leadership skills in managing ERP-related projects
