ERP Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Technical Analyst to manage and optimize the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system and support data analytics and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system, including customizations using C#
• Develop and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics and Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes and support system integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Epicor Prophet 21
• Proficiency in C#, SQL (including stored procedures), and experience with Windows Server environments
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure Synapse, and API-based integrations
