Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve escalated inquiries and complaints related to loans, credit exceptions, applications, and transactions
- Determine appropriate actions by conducting investigations and processing complex transactions
- Provide information to management and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer contact experience in a financial services environment or equivalent
- Experience in financial services operations, underwriting, or quality assurance
- Ability to exercise judgment and develop understanding of investigative processes
- Experience handling escalated inquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of compliance with internal and external regulations
