Everyday Dose is changing the way people think about coffee, and that starts with a focus on wellness, community, and innovative experiential marketing. We’re growing fast, and now we’re on the lookout for a Field Marketing Specialist to further bring Everyday Dose to life in the greater NYC, New Jersey, and Philadelphia areas. Main duties will include executing programs that increase brand awareness and drive trial (liquid-to-lips) and subscription sales. In this role, you will oversee our Brand Ambassador Leads, engage with local communities, organize and produce events, and build relationships with key partners to drive brand growth in these key markets.
- Oversee, coach, and develop a team of Brand Ambassador Leads, ensuring they effectively manage and motivate their teams to deliver exceptional consumer experiences at events, pop-ups, and sampling activations.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate local field marketing activations, including community events, wellness pop-ups, street team initiatives, and retail partnerships, to maximize brand awareness and trial.
- Collaborate with the Director of Events & Partnerships to align field activities with national marketing strategies and business objectives, providing local market insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all field marketing initiatives, providing actionable feedback to improve program effectiveness and ROI.
- Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, wellness communities, retail partners, and event organizers to drive Everyday Dose’s presence and credibility in the market.
- Ensure all Brand Ambassadors and Leads are fully trained and knowledgeable about Everyday Dose’s products, brand values, and wellness benefits, maintaining high consumer engagement and education standards.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, asset management, and on-site execution, ensuring seamless and premium brand representation at every touchpoint.
- Identify and activate new local opportunities for brand growth, including new retail accounts, community partnerships, and event sponsorships.
- Maintain a strong presence “in the field,” spending the majority of time at activations, events, and with the ambassador team, rather than in an office setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, or brand ambassador management, preferably in the beverage, wellness, or CPG industries.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a track record of inspiring high performance in field-based roles.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills; managing multiple priorities and projects while meeting various deadlines.
- Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, passionate about wellness, community building, and brand storytelling.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools and digital reporting tools; experience with event management platforms a plus.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel regularly within the assigned market.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
