Executive Director of Payment Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Global Payment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of payment platform migrations and integrations
• Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to support enterprise objectives
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and mentor cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in payments or merchant services
• At least 4-5 years of direct experience in bankcard processing or transaction lifecycle management
• Proven experience leading large-scale system migrations and complex technical projects
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle and industry standards
