A company is looking for a Recruiting Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with team members to determine expert qualifications and establish delivery timelines
- Conduct interviews and align candidates with case requirements while maintaining communication throughout the search process
- Oversee pricing negotiations and prepare candidates for interviews with attorneys
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a Recruiting and/or Sales related function preferred
- Law/consulting firm experience is a plus
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Outlook, MS Teams, and OneNote, required
