Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and industrial equipment
• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manage spare parts inventory

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, Machine Repair, or Mechanical craft areas preferred
• Five or more years of facility maintenance experience
• Knowledge of building automation and monitoring systems
• Experience with power systems and emergency power supply systems
• Familiarity with maintenance systems such as MAXIMO is helpful
