FCM Licensed Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant, FCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support timely submission of required reporting to regulatory agencies
• Assist in monthly accounting close activities and preparation of financial statements
• Monitor daily liquidity and capital requirements for the FCM entity

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of Big 4 or FCM accounting experience
• Familiarity with Futures Exchange, CFTC, and NFA rules and regulations
• Knowledge of accounting guidance related to Derivatives and customer fund protection
• Ability to work EST hours to meet regulatory filing deadlines
