Federal Program Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Controller (Federal) to manage financial aspects of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to provide transparency and accurate forecasts for projects
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and ensure compliance with financial guidelines
• Coordinate vendor payments, process expense reimbursements, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience, focusing on Earned Value Management
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), GAAP, and FAR/DFARS clauses
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including SAP and Excel
• Experience in the federal market or government contracting is preferred
