Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A - Fulfillment Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive performance for the Fulfillment Services business
• Deliver real-time financial insights, reports, and recommendations that influence decision-making at all levels
• Simplify and scale finance processes, leveraging systems, automation, and data to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within high-growth or ecommerce-driven businesses
• Deep FP&A expertise with a proven ability to manage large-scale data and financial systems (SQL, Excel, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling early-stage processes
• Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with executives and guide strategic decisions
• Track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic and hands-on execution
