Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to operational teams, providing financial insights for strategic decision-making
• Support the monthly financial close process and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Analyze financial variances and communicate key business drivers to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Experience in budget, forecasting, and reporting cycles
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in business intelligence platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
