Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Experience in an executive-level management position, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of human resources management, including recruitment and employee relations
- Proven track record in financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of marketing and business development strategies
- Ability to travel as needed for firm operations
