FP&A Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A to oversee and enhance financial planning, reporting, and operations across its portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of financial strategies and dynamic financial models to support business initiatives
• Direct the annual budgeting process and manage structured forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Design and deliver financial reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support executive reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience in a multi-site medical company strongly preferred
• Advanced technical skills including experience with large datasets and automation processes
