FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including P&L, headcount, and cash flow planning
• Develop and maintain financial models for long-term planning and business case evaluations
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial tools is a plus
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and solutions-oriented approach
