Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established customer base while negotiating rates based on market conditions
- Provide operational support and maintain relationships with customers and carriers
- Utilize CRM and TMS systems to track performance and manage multiple tasks effectively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience as a broker or transportation solutions provider
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for full support in building a book of business
- Experience using CRM and TMS systems, specifically McLeod
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Strong moral and ethical compass
