Key Responsibilities
- Lead the revenue tech stack, focusing on Salesforce configuration to support go-to-market strategies
- Build scalable, data-driven workflows to optimize the revenue lifecycle from lead management to customer renewal
- Design and execute compensation audit processes to ensure fairness and alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in a high-growth environment (ideally from $100M+ toward $1B)
- Deep Salesforce expertise; Salesforce Admin certification preferred
- Experience managing compensation plans, territory design, and complex workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience mentoring or managing team members
