Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for channel partner and OEM growth
- Lead a team to optimize sales efforts and track performance of distribution channels
- Foster relationships with channel partners and manage escalations to ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in channel or distribution management, preferably in healthcare
- Proven experience in managing and growing channel partner networks
- Strong track record of meeting sales targets through indirect sales channels
- Solid understanding of sales enablement tools and performance metrics
