• 5+ years of experience in SBA lending with a successful loan origination track record
• In-depth knowledge of SBA loan programs and underwriting guidelines
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
