California Licensed Insurance Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Producer to join their business development team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls/emails and close new business from the program division
• Manage 5 to 15 new business inquiries daily while tracking workload effectively
• Build relationships with new and existing clients, demonstrating a proactive approach

Required Qualifications

• Current State of California Department of Insurance Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred but not necessary
• Completion of a four-year college degree or currently pursuing one
• At least 1 year of experience as a property and casualty account manager or client manager, with training available for the right candidate
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
