A company is looking for a Pre Sales Manager - SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Demo Specialists for prospect engagement and pre-trial demos
- Analyze demo performance, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lead handoff, messaging, and conversion strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS leadership experience strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or pre-sales roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed activity, demo, and conversion targets
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales processes in a high-velocity environment
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and analytics/reporting systems
