Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Growth Engineering to lead their Growth Engineering team and drive customer acquisition through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of full-stack engineers to deliver customer-driven solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to develop and enhance products
• Set quarterly goals and drive technical strategy while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1+ years of people management
• Experience developing individual contributors based on their needs and company goals
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one layer of the technical stack (JavaScript, Python)
• AWS knowledge and expertise
• Experience building and managing large-scale customer-facing products
