Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth initiatives and optimize user conversion in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate growth initiatives by collaborating with in-house specialists to guide campaign strategy and execution
- Own and optimize the conversion funnel, enhancing user journeys from first visit to paid customer
- Analyze data independently to monitor performance and propose actionable insights for testing and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a growth-focused role (PLG, SaaS, or B2C)
- Mastery in at least one or two key acquisition channels (e.g., Paid Search, Email Automation)
- Direct experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows
- Demonstrated ability in A/B testing and optimizing marketing funnels
