A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and grow their pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Key Responsibilities
- Define SQL criteria with Sales, set monthly targets, and report progress transparently
- Build and run cross-channel experiments to enhance lead generation
- Optimize paid acquisition strategies and improve website conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B growth/demand generation for services with direct ownership of SQL or pipeline targets
- Proven track record of meeting cost-per-SQL, pipeline, or ROAS goals
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4
- Familiarity with WordPress and Gravity Forms for landing page management
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting and attribution model understanding
