Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing, User Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead website initiatives including page creation, content management, optimization, and performance tracking using CMS and analytics tools
- Define and execute a UX strategy and roadmap grounded in performance data, user insights, and business objectives
- Design, test, and scale A/B and multivariate experiments to improve user journeys, conversions, and digital engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in UX or digital experience roles focused on websites and conversion optimization
- Strong ability to apply UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
- Proficiency with CMS platforms and hands-on experience with analytics/SEO tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive mindset with experience in fast-paced environments; B2B SaaS or Agile experience is a plus
