About Us
TNT Growth specializes in skyrocketing businesses of all sizes, industries, and revenue models. We’ve spent over $200M on ads to pinpoint exactly what drives explosive growth.
Unlike other agencies, contractors, and employees, we’re not just about running marketing campaigns and creating reports in spreadsheets. We embed our data, our rigor, and our A team into our clients’ businesses and impact everything they do. Former and current clients include: Salesforce, Gusto, Formula 1, Synthesis School, and more.
The Opportunity
TNT Growth provides the best value to our clients by pushing the needle on discovering cutting edge tactics and continuously updating our best practices. The Growth Manager will be at the forefront of this creativity as they work on increasing leads and customers for client accounts.
As the Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue via paid social channels such as Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Success in this role looks like:
• Scale leads and customers for client accounts, for primarily lead gen clients.
• Build out playbooks and systems for future employees to follow.
• Eventually build and lead a team of marketing managers, data analysts, and more.
What You’ll Do
• Execute paid social campaigns with precision. Implement media buying strategies developed in partnership with the Sr. Growth Manager across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms — including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and creative deployment.
• Manage day-to-day operations of active campaigns. Monitor performance daily, troubleshoot issues, adjust bids/budgets, and ensure delivery is pacing correctly toward KPIs like CPL, ROAS, and CAC.
• Own reporting and performance analysis. Track campaign results, identify trends, and build performance reports with clear insights and next steps. Present findings internally and to clients.
• Support client communication. Attend client meetings (typically weekly or bi-weekly), prepare meeting agendas, update stakeholders on progress, and flag risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams. Work closely with the Paid Search team to align on cross-channel strategy, share learnings, and avoid audience overlap. Partner with Creative Strategists, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers to execute end-to-end growth experiments.
• Prep for and run client calls. Ensure campaign data and talking points are clear and client-ready. Maintain internal documentation and client-facing decks to reflect the most recent performance insights and priorities.
• Manage projects and timelines. Keep initiatives on track — whether it’s launching a new creative test, rolling out landing page variants, or coordinating with Analytics to update reporting dashboards.
• Proactively contribute to playbooks and SOPs when the opportunities arises. Help document best practices, setup workflows, and optimization checklists to improve consistency, speed, and scalability across the team.
• Stay sharp and informed. Keep up with platform changes, creative trends, and industry benchmarks to bring fresh ideas and optimizations to client accounts.
What Makes You Awesome
• You’re performance-obsessed. You have a strong grasp of paid social KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and know how to interpret platform signals to drive scale and efficiency.
• Hands-on platform experience. You’ve actively managed campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and ideally dabbled in TikTok, LinkedIn, or X. You understand bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative rotation, and attribution limitations.
• You speak the language of creative and data. You know how to translate performance trends into creative insights, and vice versa — working seamlessly with designers and analysts to test new angles, hooks, and formats.
• You iterate fast. You thrive in an environment where campaigns are launched, learned from, and optimized rapidly. You’re comfortable building hypotheses and A/B testing variables like copy, placement, format, and audience.
• You think beyond the platform. You understand how landing page experience, CRM, lead quality, and funnel conversion impact paid social performance — and proactively collaborate across teams to improve outcomes.
• You’re curious and coachable. You actively seek feedback, stay on top of industry changes, and regularly engage with content, courses, or communities to sharpen your skillset.
• You communicate with clarity. You can explain performance to clients or team members in a way that’s both technically accurate and business-relevant.
