A company is looking for a Head of Workvivo Sales - Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of first-line sales managers across the Americas region
- Own regional sales targets, drive accurate forecasting, and monitor key performance indicators
- Recruit and develop high-performing sales talent while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, including 3+ years managing first-line sales managers
- Proven success in scaling sales teams and achieving multi-million-dollar ARR targets
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise/SMB sales motions
- Experience in hiring and developing teams in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or other enterprise sales methodologies
