A company is looking for a Head of Workvivo Sales - Americas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of first-line sales managers across the Americas region
  • Own regional sales targets, drive accurate forecasting, and monitor key performance indicators
  • Recruit and develop high-performing sales talent while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, including 3+ years managing first-line sales managers
  • Proven success in scaling sales teams and achieving multi-million-dollar ARR targets
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise/SMB sales motions
  • Experience in hiring and developing teams in high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or other enterprise sales methodologies
