Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Creative Strategy - DTC/eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own creative strategy systems and methodologies across Email, Google, and Paid Social
- Identify new revenue opportunities and support sales pitches and client storytelling
- Hire, coach, and lead a global team of creative strategists while fostering a culture of accountability
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in leading creative strategy in DTC/eCommerce environments
- Experience in team leadership and understanding of balancing candor and care
- Ability to toggle between high-level thinking and tactical execution
- Familiarity with performance ads and email flows
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
