Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Inside Sales to lead and evolve their inside sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Inside Sales Strategy for new customer acquisition and expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to adapt the ISR model to industry changes
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes and analyzing data for strategy improvement
Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of total experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in cyber or B2B SaaS
  • Working knowledge of SOC personas and their decision-making roles
  • Proven track record of delivering qualified meetings and opportunities to sales teams
  • Strong understanding of top-of-funnel sales motions and lead generation
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
