Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Inside Sales to lead and evolve their inside sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Inside Sales Strategy for new customer acquisition and expansion
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to adapt the ISR model to industry changes
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes and analyzing data for strategy improvement
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of total experience, with 5+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in cyber or B2B SaaS
- Working knowledge of SOC personas and their decision-making roles
- Proven track record of delivering qualified meetings and opportunities to sales teams
- Strong understanding of top-of-funnel sales motions and lead generation
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
