Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Collections - Self-Pay (Remote) specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations
- Utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes
- Perform outbound calls and other assigned activities as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of collections experience in healthcare
- Minimum one year experience with Software Epic
- Associate's degree preferred
- Two years of related experience in self-pay collections in healthcare is a plus
