Healthcare Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Collections - Self-Pay (Remote) specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations
• Utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes
• Perform outbound calls and other assigned activities as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of collections experience in healthcare
• Minimum one year experience with Software Epic
• Associate's degree preferred
• Two years of related experience in self-pay collections in healthcare is a plus
