Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and prepare various legal agreements, including employment contracts and service agreements
- Administer and manage the contract management database, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Conduct legal research to support compliance and evaluate legal documentation related to contracts and employment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor is a plus
- A minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare contracts
- Familiarity with contract management tools and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
- Strong background in HR and labor law, with experience in employment-related legal activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
