Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Resource Specialist I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call patients to reschedule and cancel appointments as needed
• Follow specific workflows for various appointment types and providers
• Obtain and enter new patient demographics into the computer system

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED required
• Two years of experience in a similar position in a medical office preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
