- Input caller and enrollment information accurately into multiple systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more of inbound call center experience preferred
- Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred
- Must reside in specific states: AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, NH, NJ, OH, TN, TX, PA, VA
- Personal Windows 10 Operating System required with webcam and USB headset
