Human Services Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager in Human Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in human service client program delivery, including financial assistance and support services
• Coordinate opportunities for enhanced disaster recovery service programs and partnerships
• Conduct client interviews and assessments to evaluate needs and recommend appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social services field
• 3+ years of experience in human/social services
• General knowledge of public benefits and non-public human service programs
• Working knowledge of mental health, addiction, and health-related issues
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
