A company is looking for a Software Training Specialist to train users on business management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert across all software products and develop custom training plans for clients
- Train end users in both basic and advanced software applications while coordinating with internal departments
- Evaluate client feedback and implement engagement initiatives such as video tutorials and webinars
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in software training and customer service/support
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce.com is an asset
- Video editing experience is a plus
- Prior experience in the software industry is beneficial
